Refund Policy

Overview

At FAÉ Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and patient care. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are subject to the refund policy outlined below.

Services & Treatments

All treatment services, consultations, injectable procedures, skincare treatments, and aesthetic services are non-refundable once performed.

Individual results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

Product Returns

Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of FAÉ Aesthetics.

Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards

Prepaid treatment packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.

Unused services within a purchased package may be applied toward other eligible treatments at the discretion of FAÉ Aesthetics.
